RETURNS

We’ll always do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and love what you wear! This is why we gladly accept returns for your shopping convenience.

We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged or not as expected. All claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods via email at contact@soulofmu.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Style Number (Description)
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos (if needed)

For any damaged items, we will issue a return authorization (RA) and return label to ship the damaged item(s) for a replacement if available OR store credit applied to your next order.

However, for non-damaged returns, return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer and will be issued store credit only. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.

Items should be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags, packaging and labels. We do not accept incomplete pre-packs returned to us or garments used, worn, soiled or altered by the customer.

All return claims must be mailed back to us and received within 2 weeks of approval date. Shipping and handling are non-refundable (including all refused and unaccepted packages.)

All sale items or discounted items are deemed FINAL and cannot be returned.

All sales are not subject to a refund. Only store credit will be issued. In some cases, merchandise exchanges may be done.

  • Our return policy accepts all items in their original condition, not worn, torn, stained, or damaged in any way. All tags must be attached to the items.
  • All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
  • Returns must be postmarked no later than 15 days from product delivery. Items returned 30 days from product delivery will be eligible for a credit only at the item's current value. No return or credit will be issued after 30 days.
  • We are sorry, but exchanges are not accepted. If you would like to size up/down, please return your original purchase and place a new order. It will be the fastest and simplest way we can get a new order out to you.
  • Mail all RETURNS to 810 SE 8th Ave STE A Deerfield Beach, FL 33441
  • Note that shipping charges associated with the return are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.
  • We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to purchase shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Items must be in their original forms with the tags attached. If any item is found damaged upon inspection, with stains or other signs of damage that require dry cleaning, the customer will be deducted 20% of the damaged-item fee from their refund. If the item is beyond repair, the customer will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for shipping payments to receive the product back.
  • All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. The customer may always choose to receive a Soulofmu e-gift card as their refund method instead of their original payment method.
  • We guarantee our products to be in perfect condition and without any manufacturing defects. If in the rare case that any of our products are found defective or damaged, we guarantee money-back for a full refund. The customer may send an email with pictures of the product if a case ever occurs to contact@soulofmu.com
  • If the item was marked as a gift, the customer will receive a gift/store credit for the value of the return once the return is processed.
